Lucy sold my mother-in-law's home in record time. She offered suggestions that actually were quite inexpensive but helpful in getting the home sold. I found Lucy Drake online while searching for a home to buy in January of 2012. I found a lot of homes I was interested in on the website she had at the time and emailed a couple of questions about them. She was very quick to respond. She wasn't pushy ever. Eventually there were quite a few I wanted to go see. So I emailed her and we set up a time. She was always very flexible with times and dates. She was very patient with me as I looked a many homes, weeding out the wants/ don't wants. Finally after her showing me (the home I came to purchase) 3 separate times, I decided it was time to put in an offer. She always express great interest and care for what I wanted as the home buyer. Never pushing me to buy one home over the other. She was genuinely concerned with my needs. She would say, "I'm not doing my job if I'm not selling you a house you want." She is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the areas we went to view. I have never met a more professional, or caring realtor. I would recommend Lucy Drake to all of my friends and family. She is fantastic! As a matter of fact I make sure to keep in touch from time to time as I hope to use her again here soon for when my sister moves to Charlotte!
